Our goal at The 3-Gun Show Store is to ensure that you are happy with your new gear purchase. We take pride in working with the highest quality manufacturers in the shooting sports to put the right gear for your game into your hands.
We understand that sometimes you can receive something other than what you ordered or what you expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will provide a refund or exchange of the item within 30 days of purchase.
How To Make A Return
- Email email@example.com to get an RMA number – We will confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy but after 30 days all sales are final.
- Repackage your return and include a copy of your receipt – Returned item must be in new and unopened condition. Write the RMA number on the original receipt and include it in your package.
- Ship the package back to 3-Gun Show Store via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex – We recommend insuring your item for the full value as damage can occur in transit. Ship to:

Charges and Credits
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to 3-Gun Show Store.
All returned items must be in new and unopened condition or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you received free shipping we will give you a refund minus a $10 shipping charge.
You will receive a refund to the credit card originally used.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.
Email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, an RMA number will be issued and a shipping label will be sent for your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.
Replacements cannot be issued without an RMA number being assigned first. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days
